Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE Australian domestic shipping on all subscriptions and orders over AU $50.00. The standard shipping time frame for Australian domestic orders is 2 to 8 business days door to door shipping. 

International Shipping

We offer FREE Standard shipping to New Zealand on all subscriptions and orders over NZ $50.00. For orders under NZ $50.00 to New Zealand we provide an option for Standard Shipping $15.90 (4-7 business days to metro areas), Economy Air $10.25 (15+ business days) and Express $30.90 (2-5 business days to metro areas).

We offer FREE Standard International shipping to the United States of America on all subscriptions and orders over US $30.00. For orders under US $30.00 to the USA we provide an option for Standard International $12.99 (6-27 days). Please note that delivery times have been towards 6 days. 

Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for Dr Glitter products as they are food and we have strict quality standards in place.

If there is an issue with your order, send us an email at straight away. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to amend orders once they have been placed. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes; however please be aware that this is not always possible.
